Diabetes

My blood sugar is up. I can't figure out why, I have been careful about my diet. I haven't been walking as much of course but I have maintained a good level before without walking every day. I wonder if this is a change in my chemistry again. That is what this stupid disease is of course and sometimes I have trouble with that. Why should my body turn on me and start requiring different things after all this time? I've always given it what it wanted, which come to think of it, is what the doctor said I should not do.

Sigh.
